  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
